Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated is both a company and base founded and named after mad scientist Doctor Heniz Doofenshmirtz. Though lacking common sense, Doofenshmirtz is an utter genius and uses his knowledge in engineering to spread his evil with the help of his not-so-secret hideout and its littering of devious devices.
